AGS Technology, a leading provider of custom injection molding solutions using its line of Injecotblend™ recycled plastics, is excited to announce the arrival of three JSW AD series injection molding machines each equipped with their own Wittmann robot in Q4 2023. These machines will enhance AGS Technology’s capabilities and provide customers with even more efficient and reliable injection molding capacity.
JSW280AD (320 US Tons), JSW450AD (500 US Tons), and JSW850AD (940 US Tons) are scheduled to be delivered and installed in October 2023. The JSW280AD will be the company’s fifth machine in this tonnage range while the JSW450AD will increase this size class to eight. The JSW850AD will be the biggest machine that AGS Technology has ever purchased and represents a strategic move to injection mold larger, more material intensive parts using Injectoblend™ recycled plastic.
The JSW AD series injection molding machines are known for their high precision, energy efficiency, and versatility. Wittmann robots are designed to provide the highest efficiency and performance, with a modular design that allows for an optimal cost/performance ratio. Working in concert, JSW machines and Wittmann robots will allow AGS to produce more high-quality parts with less labor, while also reducing energy consumption and costs.
