Our Facilities
AGS Technology is based in Batavia, Illinois and operates two state-of-the-art facilities with over 100,000-square-feet of manufacturing and storage space. Designed with growth in mind, we built our facilities to accommodate new machines quickly. Our Douglas location includes an underground service tunnel with electrical, water, and compressed air infrastructure to have machines delivered and operational within days.
We pride ourselves on maintaining clean facilities to ensure high quality products and offer customer tours.

Injection Molding
AGS molds high-performance plastic parts with both virgin and recycled materials. AGS currently offers 23 machines and is poised for rapid growth to meet the needs of our clients.
Injectoblend™ Recycled Plastics
We produce Injectoblend™ recycled regrind formulations in-house, giving us full control over the quality and process. We source, certify and mold regrind directly into plastic parts. Our proven production process lowers your cost and increases your peace-of-mind with complete lot traceability and multi-level quality testing.
